If you haven’t been to 808 Bistro in South Kihei, you’ve been wasting your time. It started as the 808 Deli, then they branched out and opened a full restaurant next door where the old Greek Bistro resided. We loved the Greek Bistro (owned by the same owners of Pita Paradise), because the food was great and the location was so cool. But it never had any customers, maybe because most people wanted to eat something other than Greek when visiting a tropical Hawaiian Island? Wait, that doesn’t work because both Pita Paradise restaurants are packed. Maybe because they didn’t promote the hidden location well? Not sure… hmmm….
Well, at 808 Bistro they offer delicious high-end meals at low prices. We’ve been going to them from the start and have never had a bad meal. And NO, we’re not being paid to write about them. We just really like their food, ambiance, and great service. You can find them behind Fred’s across from Kamaole Beach Park 2.
