Bike Maui
Haleakala Bike Company
For those of you interested in a safer and more relaxed ride, Haleakala Bike Company is the tour you want to book. They maintain the best safety record on Maui by allowing you to ride at your own pace.
Some other companies may claim that having a tour leader and a van following is safer, but the proof is in the statistics. Haleakala Bike Company has the best safety record out of all the bike companies on Maui, Hawaii.

We recommend Haleakala Bike Company over the other tour companies for many reasons:
1. They are one of very few bike companies allowed into the Haleakala National Park. This means you can watch the sunrise through the clouds and over the crater. This is something you'll never experience anything like anywhere else. It's truly majestic.
2. Longer ride. They allow you to ride further which gives you more chances to see the beauty of Maui.
3. Go at your own pace. We love having the ability to stop whenever we want and take a good picture. The opportunities to shoot Maui landscapes are more plentiful when biking than driving. You can stop almost anywhere for great photos. To see some of these photos, go to Hawaii Bike Photography.
4. Bike Safety! Biking anywhere has its hazards. Even though Haleakala Bike Company is the most popular bike company on maui, it keeps the best safety record on the island. Their equipment is solid and their staff is extremely helpful in informing you of any possible dangers.
5. There are a hundred more reasons from service to price. Haleakala Bike Company has not asked us to post this page. We like what they do, and we feel they should be rewarded for it.
Aloha and happy riding!
