Our Recommended Maui Condo Rentals

We've done our research on condo rentals in Maui and have found that the best overall values are in Kihei, South Maui. The south side of Maui is the sunniest with clean, clear water and pristine beaches. Kihei is next to both Wailea and Makena, of which have relatively the same style beaches, but Kihei comes at a much lower cost for accommodations.

One of our favorite Kihei locations to recommend is the Castle Kamaole Sands.

Kamaole Sands has one, two, and three bedroom suites located across from Kamaole Beach Park III. This beach park is a local favorite for good reason. It has huge grassy lawns with much of it covered by large trees. It sits overlooking the ocean with a group of small beaches that stretch down the coast.


The snorkeling is good here too! Most people head towards Molokini or Turtle Town, but you'll find the reef and fish life here are just as plentiful around the outcrops of lava rock. Kamaole Sands is located in the heart of Kihei, only a short walk from some very popular Maui restaurants.

But location isn't the only reason people love Kamaole Sands. The grounds are surrounded by tropical gardens and beautifully maintained lawns. The property is well equiped for families with children and has some excellent tennis courts for those looking to enjoy a good game.

We highly recommend using Kamaole Sands for your next condo rental. Kihei offers just as much as the other resort areas, only it's a little closer to the many sights you'd want to see while in Maui, such as the waterfalls at Twin Falls, Lahaina's Front Street, The Iao Needle at the Iao Valley, and the huge surf on the North Shore.
