Elvis die hard or not, people on Maui can’t stop talking about “Burn’n Love”!  This hot new show is led by Darren Lee, who boasts the longest running Elvis tribute show in Las Vegas history; and, now the stellar show has landed in Maui!

We attended the premier and were up out of our seats dancing and doing the twist half the night!  Not only is this show hosted by the state of the art Maui Theatre, where everyone’s other favorite show, Ulalena, takes place; but, there is a top-notch group of musicians, singers, and dancers that set the stage on fire.

The set list is full of classic hits like, “Suspicious Minds”, “All Shook Up”, and of course “Burn’n Love”.  The ladies were absolutely swooning when “Elvis” headed into the audience and began to serenade a few with “Can’t help falling in love”.

And, of course, they bring it all home with a romantic rendition of “Blue Hawaii” and other Hawaii inspired tunes that pull on your nostalgia heart strings.

The excitement in the air is palpable and reaches maximum throttle when “Elvis” rises above the stage on a mechanical 20-ft+ platform and unveils the rhinestone bedazzled cape!  And, like any true celebrity he is ready and willing to have his picture taken with his adoring fans after the show.  Elvis Lives!

  1. I was heartbroken when I learned Elvis had been cancelled. I celebrated my birthday every year since his first show with him @ the maui theater. It was so disappointing to learn this fabulous show is no longer. I always had a front and center seat. I pray Darren that you find a new venue here
on Maui. I’ll be there front and center next year on my birthday. God Bless.
